Experiencing a stay at Belterra Casino Resort And Spa in Florence was truly enjoyable. the staff were not only respectful but also efficient in catering to our needs. the location of the resort is simply awesome, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. the accommodations provided brand-new, decent size rooms that were extremely comfortable, especially with the improved beds. the overall experience had a Vegas feel to it, making the stay even more exciting. Additionally, the resort offered excellent service and the food provided was of great quality.

We loved our double room, it was beautifully decorated and had a king-sized bed. the location of the hotel was perfect for attending a music festival in Cincinnati. 3. It was great being next to both a casino and a high-end restaurant.

It was a well-maintained and wonderful hotel in a wonderful area, adjacent to the nearest store and sports bar at 11:15. The service was excellent and the location was perfect and beautiful. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby...
